New Day obtains only the minimal amount of information that is necessary to effectively market our products, or that is required to process a home loan and render an approval decision.

All information is retained solely by our company except that which is required to share with our partners as a necessary function of the process. Such partners include title and escrow companies, appraisal services, and to a limited extent our business affiliates and partners. Additionally, information may be shared with partner companies, such as other lenders, as permitted by each user or customer.

From time to time, New Day will send marketing information and notification of special promotions to our customers via e-mail, direct mail, or by phone. We do not sell or share customer information to unaffiliated third parties except as expressly permitted by law.
